After joining his family’s business, Andrew quickly recognized that his customers’ experience and the sales process wasn’t as easy as it should be due to common bottlenecks in the dealership. Developing his own solutions, Andrew made his dealership more efficient and intuitive for both his team and the customer.
In the first year, his dealership’s sales increased 117% with the same sales team. Andrew created DealerScience and began offering these intuitive solutions as well as consultations to dealerships to help others have the same success. DealerScience was acquired by TrueCar in 2018.
